Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Your right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery, goods not yet delivered please refer to the 'contact us' page 'order cancellations' section.

Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense. Refunds will be issued through the same payment system you used during the purchase i.e. your Paypal account or credit card.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the 'sorry we missed you' card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the sender (www.elegantbaby.co.uk) and you will be charged for the return of the order.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, elegantbaby.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Hassle-Free Returns
You may of course return any items purchased from elegantbaby.co.uk within 7 days for a full refund less any costs incured by elegantbaby.co.uk.

Product Guarantee

All items purchased from elegantbaby.co.uk are covered by a 6 months guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights

Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour.  All goods are subject to availability. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.
