Delivery information
Standard charge £5.25
Elegantbaby use "Parcel force" for the majority of its despatches and also Tuffnells on some occassions.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days (Mon-fri) for delivery of stock items and up to 14 days on larger orders.
Most of our deliveries are completed within 2 working days of an order being placed! if you have any problems with your delivery please contact the courier direct on the following numbers.
Track your parcel online with the Parcel force tracking information that Parcel force will have sent you via email.

Returns Policy
We will accept returns of damaged or faulty goods if notified to us within 7 days of you receiving the goods, and credit the full amount including carriage costs.
Returns for any other reason will be accepted within 14 days provided the goods are returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.
We will deduct the actual outward carriage cost plus £10.00 restocking charge from any refund, and the return postage is your responsability.
N.B. The actual carriage cost may be in excess of our standard carriage charges.
Please notify us prior to returning goods so we are aware of their return
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations if instructed within 24hrs of the order being placed, as we dispatch most orders on the next working day if the order is placed after 3.30pm and we dispatch the same day for orders placed before 12 noon (subject to stock)
Cancellations which occur after we have dispatched the goods will be accepted, but we will make a charge for the carriage and packing costs.(charges will be advised at the time of cancellation)

Acceptance of order
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Your right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery, goods not yet delivered please refer to the "contact us" page "order cancellations" section.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.
If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the sender (elegantbaby.co.uk) and you will be charged for the return of the order.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, elegantbaby.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Product Guarantee
All items purchased from elegantbaby.co.uk are covered by a 6 months guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.
