Cancellations

You may cancel orders that have not been dispatched at any time by sending an email to elegantbaby@live.co.uk

Please be aware however that our orders are generally delt with on the day or day after  receipt (excluding weekends)

Cancellations after dispatch will incur charges (£10 restocking plus the outward carriage cost)

providing the goods are returned to us (at your expense)  in good condition.

Helpful note :- Due to the low value of most of our items, it is generally more cost effective to sell your unwanted item/s to a third party

rather than return them to us!
